RETURNS
We accept returns up to 365 days after you receive your product.
We are proud of our products and want you to be satisfied using them.
If you feel you did not get a “fair value” from your product, return it.
We will replace it, refund your money, or credit your account.

Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your return, we’ll apply a credit to your original payment method. If there are any questions or concerns, we’ll contact you via phone or email.
We strongly recommend using a shipping service that offers tracking to ensure safe delivery of your return.
Late or missing refunds?
Refunds can take up to 10 days after we receive your item to process through the banking system.
Before contacting us, we suggest logging into your credit card account and searching for keywords such as “Tools”, “T&T”, or “Square” to locate your refund.
